I had a visit planned for today, and before going to it I went to check the Patient portal, and it said I had no planned visits, and that my visit was yesterday. I check my email - the visit confirmation has the correct day (today). So the rescheduled it without informing me or asking me. There was no email or sms informing me of the change. There was a weird phone call from an unknown number a couple of days ago that said they were from luxmed, but the woman refused to say why she was calling, kept asking for my personal information in order to find out why she’s calling. It honestly sounded like a scam, so I didn’t give her my information, and the call ended. Who does that? You’re the one calling me, on the phone you have my patient file. I’m supposed to just trust you’re who you say you are? Why ask additional questions at all? Why not say why you’re calling? Why not inform about the visit being moved to an earlier day via other means after the call was unsuccessful? This is very bizarre, what a stupid thing to do.

I want to thank all the administrators and medical staff that worked today at Luxmed at Klimchaka for their help and care. I was late to the doctor and had another appointment at the other part of the city. I thought that I would just waste a lot of time. But because of the personal I had these two appointments today at their place! Thank you so much! And the consultation of the gynaecologist was good.

Absolutely absurd relation to the client. 0 respect and 0 flexibility. 5 minute late to the doctor- and no option to visit the specialist. even if it is 5 min less for me as for the client !! They had't helped me even that I had private medical care LUXMED business. I really disappointed about it...

Even if you’re dying no one will take care of you because of the upcoming Easter, for example. Terrible service, highly not recommended
