  Absurd goni absurd w przychodni jeśli chodzi o rejestrację do medycyny pracy. Panie mają tam podwójne standardy. Wpuszczają poza kolejką ludzi „od Pani dyrektor ze szkoły”, co z tego że ktoś inny spieszy się do pracy i czeka na rejestrację 1.5h! Panie „pielęgniarki” przychodzą także w trakcie pracy i proszą o wpisanie kogoś znajomego na wizytę do lekarza. Później nie ma co się dziwić, że jak ktoś dzwoni i chce się umówić to nie ma miejsc! Panie bazują na tym, że nikt się nie odezwie i każdy będzie siedział cicho. Tym powinien zająć się ktoś wyżej! Złożę skargę, bo coś co powinno trwać chwilę, zajmuje 3h. Panie „rejestratorki” powinny przejść kurs z obsługi pacjentów. Kogo tam zatrudniają, aż głowa boli.

  I have a negative opinion about the Circular Healthcare Center (GOZ) in Kęty. Why can't I register with a doctor in the afternoon, but only in the morning? Why can't I call the registration desk to get an appointment? To see a doctor, even just to get a referral for tests, I have to take time off work every time. It's a pathetic situation. Or I ask to register with a specific doctor, and the nurse says there are no more available slots. I arrive at the doctor's office in the afternoon and see only a few people standing outside. The Circular Healthcare Center (GOZ) system in Kęty is terrible, as evidenced by the reviews on Google.

  Nurse Ewa Z. shouldn't be working with people. At 5:30 a.m., she didn't even say hello, offended that someone had come asking for help. Zero empathy, zero willingness to help, rude, brusque, and impolite! She tried every possible way to make us feel like we should leave because she didn't have the equipment or the will to help us. I had to go to the emergency room in Oświęcim, where the matter was resolved in three minutes with a smile on my face. I warn and advise you to avoid this and not waste time, but go to the hospital immediately. I'm just curious why, despite so many negative comments, no one is doing anything about it... I'll just add that after politely admonishing Ewa to show more respect to the patient, I was kicked out the door.

  I would like to sincerely thank nurses Stasia and Patrycja from the treatment room at the clinic on Sobieskiego Street for the exceptional care they provided me with for 2.5 hours. That day, I almost went into anaphylactic shock and felt very ill. The nurses scrupulously followed the young doctor's recommendations, while surrounding me with calm, care, and kind words. Thanks to their professionalism and empathy, I felt safe in such a difficult situation. Thank you again – keep up the great work!

  During a blood test, I sustained nerve damage, even though the vein was very shallow. Despite my report of excruciating pain, the "nurses" offered no assistance or even bothered to investigate why I was doubled over in pain despite a simple blood draw. Congratulations, piercing a vein just beneath the skin is truly a feat. Avoid this place, as you'll need to seek help from more reputable healthcare professionals after your visit.
