The place is very friendly, and despite the delays mentioned, it's worth the wait because the doctors are professional and have good equipment. Before each appointment, you receive text messages informing you of any delays. Prices are very reasonable. There's a children's corner inside, with toys and crayons for coloring. Access is also convenient – the only downside is the parking lot. Sometimes you have to drive a bit further to park.

I was waiting for my doctor's appointment and was watching a TV program I was interested in. Suddenly, a blonde receptionist approached me with a remote control and, without warning, changed the channel. It didn't help that I noticed. It was very rude and impolite. TV is for patients.
