The lab registration lady was rude, even to an elderly woman with cancer. People write negative comments, and yet nothing changes for the better. Let them go abroad, for example, to the US, where they learn how doctors and nurses work.

The dermatologist's "secretary" has a terrible workflow. There's a delay every week. She comes out periodically and arranges a queue of patients who are already seated and waiting, and if someone isn't there, she puts them aside and says goodbye. I arrived early for my appointment, and the woman left after 15 minutes, calling out the next patients. She skipped me because I wasn't there when she was reading, so I'm already lost. My appointment was for 1:50 PM, and she grumbled and asked what time it was. I told her it had already passed (it was 2:10 PM). But it's not my fault there's a delay. The woman should leave after each patient and call the next person in order, but clearly, it's too much for you to manage.

I went for a commercial lung X-ray. Everything except the nice receptionist was incompetent and chaotic, a global tragedy. I was redirected about 10 times when I called to find out if the report was available. It was supposed to be available online, just like in laboratories, but unfortunately, it wasn't downloadable. Now, the most important thing: the radiologist reporting the tests in Głogów should be doing something else, like pottery. The X-ray report is literally one sentence. Two other specialists couldn't believe such a report could be made, ultimately mocking the radiologist – and it's just an X-ray, basic diagnostics. I don't recommend it to anyone; the organizational chaos alone is off-putting. As you can see, their competencies are also poor.

The worst clinic in Głogów, not to mention the doctors who work because they have to, especially Dr. Ramdowar, who is very rude, makes a diagnosis without a thorough examination, didn't even look at my results or listen when I explained my condition, not to mention criticizing my appearance. I recommend finding a better ENT specialist 🙏🏻
