I was so happy when i call and booked visit, because they offered me next day appointment. The visit itself was so so. Dr Urszula Kochanowska told me that I have nothing to clean ,as i have no scale/plaque on my teeth,which surprised me since so many years in past twice a year i used to go to dentist,but I said ok ,it's a good news than . She removed plaque from between my bottom two teeth giving in meantime bit of numbing gel ,as was super uncomfortable and painful for me. She said perhaps I changed diet or something since I have nothing on my teeth now. I went there for rutinal check up ,and because I thought I have a lot of plaque on my bottom back teeth-both sides,which by brushing hardly I tried to removed at home. She said no, unfortunately it's beginning of parodiontal problem and what I see it's roots of my teeth which shocked me . Anyway I was quite happy I have no plaque but rest made me sad. Next day i felt pain and saw on my top left side I have infected gums which till today -14 days later- still there. I tried soda etc but didn't clear completely. It is my second dentist visit in Poland,first was in different city which left me in pain for one week ,where I ended to take painkillers for few days. This time left me with infected gums. I would not recommend this clinic,I'm sorry. It's sad because I was hoping to find good dentist to go and make good quality cleaning, scaling etc.

No one informed me that the clinic's Holter blood pressure monitor wasn't working. I came for an urgent appointment and was told by the doctor, "No, I didn't break it." Even though Anna Kaczyńska knew it wasn't working, she didn't inform us. Her careless approach and eagerness to get me out of the office as quickly as possible, nine months pregnant with high blood pressure, was uncalled for. I don't recommend this clinic.

The tragedy of this denture doctor is so strange, water spilled on the floor can be... and in general I waited 2.5 months for an appointment, which they canceled.

Very friendly service. I had a tooth extracted at Dr. Derpak's and I'm really pleased. I'll be back.
