  I would like to express my profound outrage and disappointment at the way my mother was treated at the District Hospital in Rawicz. My mother is on dialysis and has a disability certificate. She was referred from the dialysis center to the hospital in Rawicz for a planned fistula procedure. According to the referral, the doctor was supposed to see my mother between 12:00 and 1:00 PM. We arrived at 11:20 AM. Everything went smoothly in the emergency room – my blood pressure was taken, and my mother was referred to the surgical ward. Unfortunately, that's where the professionalism ended. My mother, along with four other patients, was left in a cold room until 8:00 PM. A dialysis patient, fasting, without food, without medication, and with serious health issues, had to wait almost nine hours for her scheduled procedure. This is an absolute lack of empathy and organization. Only after I reacted decisively and pointed out that dialysis patients cannot go without food and medication for so long was my mother suddenly taken for the procedure. No one had bothered to inform us about such a significant delay or explain the situation. Furthermore, during the procedure, the doctor criticized my mother, asking why she hadn't brought her regular medications. This is an absurd situation. If the patient is to fast and wait for hours, the medical staff should have clearly explained what to bring and how to prepare for such a long stay. No one had provided such information before. Lack of organization, lack of communication, lack of respect for a disabled and seriously ill person. This is not how patients should be treated in the 21st century. It's not only disappointing—it's simply outrageous. I definitely don't recommend this, and I hope the hospital learns from this treatment of patients.

  I sincerely thank Dr. Ojo, the team of nurses in the operating room, and the anesthesiologist who qualified me for the procedure and administered the anesthesia. I would also like to thank the nurses and the nurse from the general surgery ward – I was treated very well and felt safe and well-cared for. Thank you to all the medical staff.

  I was at the emergency room today. The lady was very nice. I did have to wait a while for the doctor, but that wasn't too much. Eventually, the doctor came in shortly after, reviewed the results from the report, provided information and recommendations, and I managed to avoid a cast despite breaking my wrist. Luckily, my hand was well-protected with a brace, which I've been wearing since February 3rd of this year. Overall, I'm very happy with the medical staff and their approach to patients. Besides, it was my first time in over a decade, and after the renovations. To put it bluntly, it's nice and clean 👌👌
