The Orthopedics Department is a gem of this hospital. I spent two days there and underwent knee ligament reconstruction surgery. Everything went smoothly, but above all, professionally. I am very pleased with the quality of care in this department. The nurses, orderlies, and hospital staff were all very kind and helpful, and always smiling, for which I am very grateful. The surgery itself went smoothly; the surgeon explained everything thoroughly before the procedure, and after I woke up, he came back and reported on the procedure, post-op recommendations, and further rehabilitation. I thank the entire department for such a high level of care and professionalism.

Yesterday, I was admitted to the emergency room. I wanted to thank the entire staff for their empathy, professionalism, and care. I'm very afraid of hospitals and have had unpleasant experiences with such visits. Here, the nurses, the night doctor, and the specialist performing the CT scan were incredibly kind. I've never seen such dedication among medical staff. It's incredibly tiring work that takes its toll, and sometimes you simply don't have the energy to smile—there was plenty of it here. Once again, thank you to all the staff.

We sincerely thank you for the care provided to our mother at the Surgical Department of the Gajda-Med District Hospital in Pułtusk. Special thanks to Dr. Ihor Melnyk for his enormous commitment, professionalism, and empathy, as well as his excellent communication with the family. We felt cared for and at peace during this difficult time. We highly recommend him.

One star is too many. My son was taken from his home by ambulance with severe abdominal pain. The paramedics really wanted to help. Dr. Arakelin didn't admit my son, not even for observation. He said he could be observed at home and didn't see a need for hospitalization. He didn't help at all. He even said, and I quote, "If you hurt after eating, why are you eating?" The paramedics were outraged. The patient approach was abysmal. I wouldn't recommend him to anyone.
