    Registration is strictly in person, with a queue outside the clinic at 8 a.m., meaning you have to line up at 7:30 a.m. just to get a spot. There's very little information about tests, preparing for the appointment, etc. 2 stars because I generally received help, but it was a truly unpleasant experience. Many people behind me were sent home due to a lack of space, even though they were waiting right outside the clinic. Phone registration is near impossible, as is getting through or getting any meaningful information.

    In this pseudo-pandemic era, they first make patients wait two weeks to call (through you, of course) for an ePrescription code, and when you call on the designated morning, you're told the codes won't be available until 4:00 PM. So you call at 4:00 PM, as instructed, but NO ONE answers. And you keep calling for four hours until closing time, from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM, but NO ONE answers (and you had that designated day and your medication list stated you'd have enough). I called again today, and what? And no one answers! What a pathetic attitude towards patients! Shameful!

    I recommend Dr. D. Horszczaruk for ultrasound examinations (various options). He has decent stationary equipment, not portable toys, and can interpret the results reliably. The reception is less helpful; it's usually very difficult to reach him by phone and make an appointment, and there are relatively few doctors.

    Good morning. Why do you charge 40 PLN for disinfection when you come in for a paid test? Thorough disinfection should always be performed. Best regards.
