I've never had a problem getting an appointment; the doctors are polite, and the visit takes place in a pleasant atmosphere. The pediatric clinic is also highly recommended. The doctor sees my child whenever needed, without long waits, hassle-free, and in a pleasant atmosphere. I RECOMMEND IT

Today I went with my children for blood tests. They were delighted. The staff took excellent care of them, and they even received prizes. Sure, there was panic and a bit of crying, but the memories were very positive.

I signed up for this clinic from another location based on the positive reviews. I wasn't disappointed. Despite its rather odd location—in a block of flats, everything works well. 1. Registration is very efficient, helpful, and flexible; they always find an appointment or a replacement doctor. 2. The laboratory is right next to the clinic, so tests are on-site, which is very convenient. 3. I've seen three different doctors: Dr. Dryńska, Dr. Jerzyński, and the young Dr. Dryński. I was listened to each time and received referrals for additional tests and consultations that I requested. Above all, I feel that it works well thanks to the people who work together because they care. And that's what matters most to me.

The ladies at the collection center, even though they're older and seem professional, can't handle a more difficult case of a vein being hit. On the fourth attempt, the lady managed to get her blood drawn. I'll be avoiding this facility and won't recommend it to anyone.

I have to write another review, a bit defensively :) I went through all the doctors at this clinic and finally ended up with Dr. Dryńska. I've been registered with this clinic for as long as I can remember. I can't believe the negative reviews. The doctor always took me seriously, even when I came in with a minor issue. She's kind, often jokes, and knows how to defuse a situation if someone is tense. She prescribes checkups (blood, urine, ultrasound) once a year without being asked. When I had COVID, I felt cared for with follow-up calls to make sure everything was okay. The downside might be that not all tests can be done on-site, but that doesn't bother me personally. And I'm a little terrified that the doctor is slowly retiring and I'll have to find someone new. My advice: if someone isn't rude from the moment they walk in, none of the staff will likely knock them off their feet. I'm just annoyed by people: I only do it for a while! - then I'm late for work, but it's the same in every clinic.
