Getting through to the registration desk isn't easy. You spend half the day on the phone and you're nervous, but once you finally get through and meet Ms. Dorota, the registration clerk, your mood will improve. Ms. Dorota is a very kind, empathetic, and helpful person, and over the phone you feel she's smiling and happy with her work.
