  Overall, it's okay, with one catch. I registered for an ultrasound by phone and double-checked the appointment date and time. A reminder text message was supposed to arrive, but it didn't arrive—it's not uncommon for someone to send it; they could simply have forgotten. However, if there are any problems with registration, I believe a phone call to the patient should be the standard. I was surprised when I arrived at my scheduled time, fully prepared for the procedure, and the receptionist informed me that I wasn't registered and that I might have gone to the wrong location. After a moment's explanation, it turned out that I was at the correct location, but someone else had been scheduled for my time, and there were traces of my registration in the system. I was told to wait about an hour. Mistakes happen—that's understandable—but in this situation, I felt like I was being blamed, as if I hadn't taken care of something, even though I had completed all the formalities and preparations. A simple "we apologize for the inconvenience" would have been enough for the situation to be perceived completely differently. Alternatively, it was possible to slightly shift the queue—several people would have waited for a dozen or so minutes, which would have been much less disruptive than an hour-long delay for one person. Unfortunately, the delay had a real impact on the quality of the examination. The hour-long delay meant that the intestines were no longer suitable for evaluation, despite being properly prepared for the originally scheduled appointment. As a result, the examination was not fully successful, and the 70 PLN cost proved to be an expense with no real diagnostic value.

  I recommend it. Breast ultrasound – quick appointment at a regular price. The receptionists were so kind. I almost envied the owner of the facility for having such wonderful staff. The doctor who performed the ultrasound was also very kind and thorough. Nothing to add, nothing to subtract. My first visit, but definitely not my last 😉

  Bardzo dobra klinika z profesjonalnym podejściem. Miła obsługa oraz fachowi lekarze. byłem wraz z niemowlakiem na badaniu Bioderek, super lekarz, miły, sympatyczny, dobre podejście, wszystko zrobił co trzeba i powiedział, mega dobra atmosfera, a to jest ważne. dlatego z ręką na sercu polecam i zachęcam.

  The ladies at the reception desk were very helpful and kind. Thanks to their help, my urgent ultrasound was truly urgent. Although it was a paid procedure, I'm grateful it went well. The doctor who performed the examination was also very focused and thorough. Thanks to you, we were able to establish a diagnosis and act immediately. This is a place where medical assistance truly helps :)

  Thank you very much, and I recommend Dr. Aleksandra Wróbel for an abdominal ultrasound. She is a very empathetic person. The examination took place in a very pleasant atmosphere, my questions were answered, and any doubts were quickly resolved. After my previous tragic experience with an ultrasound "examination" at the NCMed clinic on Biwakowa Street, Diagnoson is a world-class service... Best regards.
