  A private clinic with an interior and approach reminiscent of the 1990s. The receptionist was unfriendly and unprofessional, both on the phone and in person. While I was waiting for my appointment, she engaged in a private conversation on the phone, and it didn't seem urgent (even though she was hidden in the other part of the facility, I could still hear what she was saying). I wasn't informed of the over-an-hour delay until I arrived at the facility. Okay, such situations happen, but for PLN 350 per visit, they could have at least called or texted me to let me know what was happening. I don't recommend it.

  This is ridiculous behavior from doctors. I called the front desk to inform them I'd be five minutes late due to traffic. I was told the doctor was just going home because he said I wouldn't be coming. My appointment was at 2:45 PM, I arrived at the office at 2:49 PM, and the doctor was gone. This wasn't a minor exam, but a serious matter. The doctor may be one of the best, but his behavior leaves much to be desired. I understand that it's the end of my shift, but if I call to inform them of the situation, well... It's a private clinic, and this is the first time I've encountered something like this: a doctor, without any contact information, just states that someone won't be coming.

  I highly recommend her. Dr. Błażewska-Gruszczyk is very competent and specific, yet genuinely kind. In addition to providing a detailed description of the ultrasound, she thoroughly explained the results and outlined further treatment options.

  I'm so grateful to the wonderful Dr. Aleksandra Krasowska-Kwiecień, MD, for her comprehensive consultation and examination of my son. It's a friendly facility, and the receptionists are always friendly. I also recommend an ultrasound with Dr. Anna Błażewska-Gruszczyk – the quality is regularly tested. Thank you, and I'll see you at the next appointment.
