  In February 2026, I spent a week in the ENT department at the District Hospital in Kluczbork. I wanted to write a few words about my stay. I'll start with the staff, from the Head of the Department, the Deputy, the doctors, the nurses, and the invaluable orderlies. I'm very impressed by their enormous commitment, professionalism, and simple human kindness and empathy. Each of them showed me a great deal of empathy and understanding, which is very important for a patient. Thanks to your attitude, my hospital stay was easier. I thank you all again for your care, and I congratulate the Head of the Department once again on such a wonderful team. Best regards.

  Good morning. December 16, 2025, 7:00 PM, Christmas Emergency Department. I'd like to leave a review of the doctors, but unfortunately, I couldn't get through to them because the woman at the registration desk did everything she could to get me to cancel my appointment. The ID card issued by the Office didn't match hers, and during the appointment, she abandoned her duties and suddenly stood there chatting to someone with a child who had come to her cubicle. Furthermore, when I asked if there was an ENT specialist available for overnight care (I arrived with an earache), she started saying something about how things are different in Ukraine than in Poland. The woman was rude. Like most Poles, I pay taxes, which is what you get paid from. A large "Patient - Our Employer" poster at the entrance only tells you one thing: if you arrive in Ukraine and need any medical assistance, you'll get it, no matter where, no matter the color of your passport, or whether you even have one.   I want to make an appointment with an ENT specialist, and why do you have a registration number on the website if no one answers it? I call at various times several times a day. Only once, instead of a ringtone, I heard "sorry, the number you've dialed is busy," and then it just beeps, beeps, beeps, and nothing for several days. As you can see, the number is there, but only for the sake of it.

  I spent a week in the ENT department. The nurses were kind, helpful, and smiling. The attendants were the same. The food was good, the portions were large. However, the doctors' approach was very poor; they weren't very approachable, and I had to force information about my health. As a patient, I felt ignored by the "you'll find out when you're discharged" messages.

  Kluczbork Internal Medicine Hospital, I have an appeal to all those who want to leave their loved ones in this ward. Please look for other hospitals. This is not a hospital, but a death ward. It's terrible. Finding a doctor is bordering on a miracle. Patients without proper care, without diagnostics, without professional help. Only death is the order of the day there. If someone cares about the life of a loved one, please look for another hospital. The patient's information card is full of nonsense. He died, and that's it. A massacre, a massacre.
