  Aside of very few helpful people, the care in this hospital is a nightmare. My father has had the unpleasure of being admitted twice. Once for the neurological unit and once for vascular surgery. He had to provide his own batteries for a basic heart echo. Tv is 2pln for half hour. Most nurses act like they’re doing you a favour by being there etc. Being unfamiliar with how healthcare works here we had many questions to the doctors. Most of the time we were spoken to like complete idiots with an IQ of a 5 year old. I can’t imagine being in this hospital and not speaking the language. All in all it’s an absolute disappointment and disaster.

  One star for the ER. It is with great sadness and pain that I write this review. What my family and my grandmother experienced was extreme neglect and a lack of empathy. The dispatcher informed us that an ambulance had been dispatched under a Code Red, but it arrived without sirens, and the wait was extremely long – even though I called again and informed them of the patient's dire condition. The paramedics saw how grave my grandmother was, yet they left without sirens, which was shocking. Upon arrival at the ER, we were told that "there was no room," and my grandmother was dying in the hallway, begging for any help. For a long time, she received no oxygen or real care. Furthermore, the doctors and staff were outraged by the patient's condition, as if it were the result of our negligence. Meanwhile, my grandmother was under the constant care of a community nurse and a family doctor, and we, as a family, had no way of providing her with specialized care at home. The fact that she was dying in the hallway without immediate help wasn't considered negligence by the staff – for us, it was unimaginable and inhumane. The behavior of some of the nurses was rude and lacking empathy, and the paramedics gave the impression they were indifferent to the entire situation. The most inhumane moment was letting us in to say goodbye to my grandmother without any preparation for her condition or maintaining her dignity. This image will stay with us for the rest of our lives. I don't recommend this place to anyone. In borderline situations, everything was lacking: organization, empathy, and basic humanity. You also admitted in your report that you didn't take any life-saving measures.

  In December 2025, I was admitted to the Polish-American Heart Clinic in Mielec due to an acute myocardial infarction. I would like to wholeheartedly thank Dr. Marcin Suska, Dr. Weronika Korzyńska, Dr. Joanna Rudolf, and the entire medical and nursing staff for their attentive care and preparing me for further treatment at the Cardiac Surgery Department of the Provincial Hospital in Przemyśl. Mr. Head of Hospital, I would like to thank you once again for your decisive and appropriate transfer to the Cardiac Surgery Unit in Przemyśl. A grateful patient, Stanisław from Mielec.

  Having my child's blood drawn for testing on January 20th was a complete disaster. The doctor was incredibly unpleasant. Absolutely disgusting! The child didn't protest or cry until the doctor yanked her hand away. Of course, I asked the doctor what she was doing, but she didn't say a word. We've had blood drawn several times, and never has there been a disaster like the one at the hospital in Mielec. It's the first and last time! I highly recommend it!
