Very very disappointed…they told me to wait,was like 1 and half hours, I chose to go to the pharmacy and fix myself,another lady was waiting around 6 hours,another one around 3 hours…that’s emergency in sochaczew,thank you doctors for emergency 🫡

The worsted experience for me, the attention are the worst, the doctors don't have disposition to help you, if you come to this place it's only for lost your time, after of 4 hours waiting, the doctor said me that I must to come back another day. Don't have any kind of clean or asepsia

I came to the District Hospital in Sochaczew with my two-month-old baby suffering from diarrhea, and from the very beginning, we received excellent care. The doctors demonstrated professionalism and calm, and the nurses demonstrated immense commitment, kindness, and concern for the youngest patients. The ward is clean – rooms are cleaned daily, and soap and disinfectants are replenished. A great convenience for parents is the option to purchase full board (PLN 51) or lunch (PLN 28) – the meals are fresh and truly delicious. It was a very kind gesture that the director personally visited the rooms and asked patients if everything was okay and if they had any comments. This shows that the hospital cares about patient feedback. All this is happening despite temporary organizational challenges related to the renovation of the pediatric ward and its temporary relocation to the first floor. A huge thank you to all the staff for their dedication and professionalism.

I don't understand how the ER works. I don't recommend it; the patient care is appalling. On the afternoon of January 15th, I fell on an icy sidewalk in Żyrardów. I went to CMZZ hospital in Żyrardów, had an X-ray, and was diagnosed with a suspected acromion fracture. I was referred to the surgical and orthopedic ward, which is not available at the Żyrardów hospital. I arrived at the Sochczew hospital emergency room around 7 p.m. At 8:45 p.m., I was seen by a doctor (he didn't have an ID and didn't identify himself), who ruled out a fracture (he also complained that the Żyrardów hospital was adding to the workload and referring me to Sochaczew), and then told me to wait in the hallway for supplies. After midnight, around 1 a.m., I was called back to the office where I received a discharge form. The treatment consisted of informing me to be careful, wear a sling on my arm, and report to the orthopedic clinic. It's incomprehensible to me why I waited almost four hours in the hallway and wasn't informed immediately. Are these the patient care procedures at our hospital? The discharge form was signed by Mikołaj Wojtas.
