  I wholeheartedly recommend the Surgical Ward in Kamienna Góra. My experience there has been extremely positive. Above all, I would like to emphasize the professionalism and extensive knowledge of the doctors – you feel you are in good hands, and every medical decision is thoroughly explained. The surgery/procedure went smoothly and without complications. The nursing team and support staff also deserve special praise. Despite the heavy workload, everyone is incredibly empathetic, patient, and always ready to help, which is crucial for recovery. The ward is well-organized, and the postoperative care is top-notch. I thank the entire team for their care and their compassionate approach to patients. I am delighted that we have such a wonderful and professional ward in the region.

  It's hard to call this a hospital that cares about patients. A gastroscopy, which was supposed to be a routine procedure, ended with bleeding in the eyes and swelling of the face and arms. For the patient, this isn't a "minor inconvenience," but rather a real stress and fear for their health. You are truly very lucky, especially Mrs. M. Certainly more than professional. However, the most striking aspect was the staff's attitude: the lack of reaction from the doctor performing the procedure; only the reaction of another doctor, in my opinion, prevented a tragedy. Insufficient staff training is not the patient's problem, but the facility's. In my opinion, the way the procedure was conducted leaves much to be desired. Anyone expecting professionalism should seriously reconsider.

  This pseudo-hospital is a complete disaster. I arrived dizzy and with a severe headache, and no one could do anything to help. The lady (pretending to be a doctor) who saw me after 1:00 a.m. on Sunday did nothing but take my temperature and issue a referral to Wałbrzych. She indignantly asked why I was here... A complete misunderstanding, and our tax dollars are going towards all of this. They should raze it to the ground and do something more useful for the people of Kamienna Góra.

  Hospital... Sunday doctor's appointment. Registration: Pleasant, the lady was polite, she checked in with a smile. She said door number 2. My daughter found it. I looked at the door and thought it was too narrow, but I said, "Okay, I think it's here." I told my daughter, "Okay, great," and we sat down and waited. Indeed, 12 minutes had passed. I looked to my left. An old guy, looking like a limping bum in a black shirt... faded and dirty, emerged from some room. I thought it was some patient tired of life. But... no... it was... some guy. I even heard him shuffling and opening the door. And then I told my daughter that we must have gotten the wrong door because it must have been the doctor walking... He was walking. And indeed, the "doctor" turned out to be a tired bum 🥴 The doctor calls, "COME IN." 15 seconds passed after the call, we got our bearings, and off we went. Doctor: The bum's appearance: Of course, right at the entrance. Offended, he runs off, complaining that I confused door number 2 with door number 2 from the X-ray room. And they're here for patients. (Who on the ground floor marks the same door number twice? Yes, this is Kamienna Góra Hospital), not where the X-ray room is, and that I'm wasting time waiting somewhere else, and "this isn't a place for a tryst." It took 15 seconds to realize the situation and the innocent mistake. The doctor asks again: Are you alone or with your daughter? I say with my daughter, so you can go in with your daughter. (Well, obviously, I'm thinking to myself) Okay, we're in.) - The doctor asks with a sarcastic tone: What's the problem? Why are we here? - I say: Fever 38.5°, my daughter 38°. The doctor pulled out a thermometer: (Thermometer with a touch sensor) It measures 5 cm from your head and shows 36.6°C. He asks again why you came here and what you want. I said: "My thermometer showed 38.5°C, I feel bad, my left tonsil hurts, I have a canker sore." I also said that I also took a preventative antibiotic I had at home, left over from my last treatment, and since I wasn't feeling well, I took it. Bonnie, I couldn't stand it. Doctor: "Oh, you're treating yourself, so I can't help you. If you're treating yourself, why are you coming here? I'm not helping you, you don't deserve help. I couldn't believe what I was hearing." He didn't even ask what I took, why I needed it. Zero interest. Am I aware of the risks, etc. My monthly National Health Fund contribution from my salary for this boar is 4,233 PLN. Even more in better months. Okay, he took it out on me. He asks about his daughter. - Doctor: What's wrong with your daughter? Does she have a fever? Are you sure? I'll take it. He examines his daughter - the same thing, a thermometer with a touch sensor, taken away. And... off we go again. Look, 36'6, healthy, no fever. He asks his daughter what's wrong, and he tells him, "My throat hurts when I swallow, and I cough a lot." He checked her throat and said: "Okay, there's something red there, I'm going to write a prescription." He did. Basically, it's like this: Hospital Drama! Doctor, describing the condition of a fat guy who eats kebabs and drinks lard. The red head is probably from high blood pressure or maybe too much alcohol, I don't know. If someone in this hospital mentions that they helped themselves with antibiotics or other medication, they won't get help because why would they, if they can handle it themselves? Don't mention it. No help. Lie. You'll say hello after him. Apologize for even coming here for help, and say you'll compensate for the assistance. It's clear that doctors are completely consumed with money and their self-proclaimed credentials, claiming their education makes them superhuman. Zero respect for patients. Zero willingness to conduct a health interview. Absolutely zero communication. First and foremost, doctors, start taking care of your appearance and health. A limping doctor with the appearance of a drunken bum shouldn't even be employed. He ruins the hospital's reputation right from the start, and his arrogant behavior reinforces the idea that this "doctor" is psychologically unfit to interact with people. Doctors, I recommend you live in control of your finances and don't live on credit, no matter how much you cry about not earning enough because you demand a lot but don't help. That's all. I don't recommend it. Avoid.
