I wholeheartedly recommend CM Lekarze. Dr. Szymczak-Biały is an exceptionally professional and competent doctor. I've been seeing her for years and have always been able to count on not only her expertise but also genuine support in difficult issues and clear, appropriate guidance for further treatment. She inspires immense trust and gives the feeling that you're in good hands. The reception staff also deserves special mention – a very friendly approach to patients and immediate assistance when truly needed. The entire team works efficiently and with great empathy.

I had an appointment for an endocrinology consultation for PLN 350. During the appointment, the doctor suggested a short gynecological procedure, but she didn't inform me that this would incur an additional fee. Only after paying did I learn that I had to pay PLN 450. The whole situation was very uncomfortable for me because I wasn't informed of the higher price. It's the responsibility of the facility and the doctor to inform the patient of the costs before performing any additional services, which they didn't do in my case. Furthermore, when I called the receptionist to explain the situation, the conversation was unpleasant. I wasn't allowed to calmly present my case, I was interrupted, and ultimately, all I was told was to send an email. I believe that patients should be treated with more respect and fully informed of the costs before they are billed.

Professional approach to patients. Top-notch service. I've visited Dr. Molisak several times, and thanks to him, I can still play soccer with my children. I recommend him 100%.

The reception desk is incompetent, doctors requesting prescriptions via email, which of course either miraculously didn't arrive or they didn't issue the prescription because (for some unknown reason) they didn't manage to hit the ball, and there's no sense of responsibility. The work of the (private) reception staff leaves much to be desired, in my opinion.

It's a waste of time using this company's services. We made an appointment 10 days in advance, only to be informed the day before that the doctor couldn't find a nanny for our child and couldn't accommodate us. The doctor said that since we weren't her patients, she would refer us to her friend who had an available appointment in December. And it's now the beginning of November. It's a truly embarrassing situation. I don't recommend it. And I strongly advise against it.
