Tragedy! Getting an appointment with a doctor is a miracle. I called from 6:30 to 7:20, and no one answers the phone, and if you go in person, there are no more available appointments. This makes me think, "Let's hope this is honest." And it's not always the same.

That nasty woman at the front desk is pathetic. I called after 7 a.m. on Friday—it was packed, I can't get in—okay, I understand. On Monday, I called from 8 a.m. and the same thing happened, okay. I called on Tuesday, and the woman was furious, saying it was impossible, that I couldn't get in since Friday, and that I called late today, after 9 a.m. What a scandal, really. You've been hanging around with a sore throat for a week. I'm moving, and this institution should be shut down.

Queues for occupational medicine are like those in stores during the communist era. You can't schedule appointments for specific hours, but everyone has to wait for one hour??? This clinic is stuck in the 1970s.
