  The way this facility organized an appointment, costing over 300 złoty, was unacceptable. I received no information about the over-an-hour delay, forcing me to waste time and cancel scheduled appointments, generating significant financial losses. It's a shame, because the doctor's visit itself was conducted professionally, but the lack of respect for the patient's time completely ruins the experience.

  After the merger, a tragedy ensued. From the reception desk, where receptionists prefer to discuss private matters and laugh as if they were telling jokes, watching the queue form until they are graciously invited to the window. (None of the receptionists invited themselves, despite the lack of people at the window). The blood draw lady can enter the clinic between 8:10 and 8:15, where she should begin collecting samples for diagnostic tests at 8:00. They can't collect samples from infants or children. Scheduling an appointment is next to impossible, especially for vaccinations or checkups. Prescriptions ordered through the app for regular medications are being canceled without giving a reason. As for pediatricians, there used to be a lot, now there are practically none. Today, Dr. Węgleńska examined 1.5 children for a dizzying 50 minutes, leaving the office constantly, wandering aimlessly around the hallway and other rooms. Failure, failure, and more failure. In response to the review, please do not use connectivity or technical issues as an excuse. Your approach to patients, whether under the National Health Fund (NFZ) or privately, is a complete mockery, devoid of respect for the patient, their time, and their health. I strongly do not recommend this service, and in fact, I strongly advise against it.

  I suggest taking on even more patients for primary care. It's clear that more isn't better. At the beginning of our collaboration with the National Health Fund, same-day appointments with a primary care physician were even possible. It wasn't a problem to schedule an appointment for the next day. For a long time, trying to register with the specific doctor I was assigned to has been near impossible. The wait for an appointment is three weeks!!! It's a failure. I tried to get an appointment at the Medical Home, now I'm trying to get an appointment. You're going down the wrong path, and it's not true that the patient is your top priority. After Damian took over, it's become a disaster. Especially the rude phone operators—there's no other way to call them. They can't do anything, they know nothing.

  Hi, I had an appointment with the gynecologist and I liked everything about it, except for one thing. The doctor threw away the disposable gynecological supplies she used by hitting the trash can with her hand, and then examined me without removing her gloves. I didn't say anything right away because I thought I understood that the doctor should have changed her glove after hitting the trash can with her hand, but she was shocked because she was on a paid visit. I think you should at least not think that the doctor doesn't wash her hands. And two days after the appointment, I'm wondering if the doctor touched someone else's gynecological instruments. The doctor was hitting the full trash can with her hand, and then examined me wearing the same glove. After stuffing the trash, the glove wasn't changed or disinfected!!! The doctor simply applied gel and performed a vaginal exam with her hand! I was shocked and stressed after the visit! Although the doctor had good reviews and is competent, this is unacceptable when working with patients!!! He forced the trash in. I could come into contact with other disposable patient devices and perform the test without disinfecting my hands or changing gloves!!!! Shocking! I hope everything will be okay because I've been stressed since Monday, the day of the test.

  I especially appreciate Dr. Zdun Kochanowska, who is the best internist I've ever seen. However, what's happening to the facility since its merger with the Damian Center is a disaster. I advise against long-term appointments; it's impossible to even request an appointment by phone. The facility's organization has gone to the dogs.
