The doctor's appointment was okay, but the receptionists' behavior was beyond reproach. Their incompetence and lack of knowledge caused me to incur additional costs. How can they employ such unintelligent people? The doctor scheduled me with a doctor who doesn't have a Medicover contract. After the appointment, a problem arose, and I had to pay for the consultation. The receptionist who scheduled my appointment simply smiled sheepishly and claimed it was a mistake on her part. I encourage management to read patient reviews and reflect on the employment history of these individuals...

When making an appointment with the orthopedist, I was informed by the receptionist that a knee ultrasound would be performed during the visit and that the doctor had an ultrasound machine in the office. This was the only reason I decided to go to this office. During the appointment, it turned out that this was impossible and that I had been misled. The visit cost 320 złoty, and during it, I learned that the doctor wasn't sure about the diagnosis because he would first need to see the ultrasound results (he stated that three different conditions were possible). Since he didn't know what the problem was, he had no recommendations for further treatment beyond the ultrasound.

The ladies at the front desk are trying to be friendly. I received a message that my results were ready for collection. I drove 40 km only to find out that there was a description of the test, but no CD with the results. The manager has it on a flash drive, and I won't receive it immediately, but the next day. I was informed by phone that the CD would also be available for collection. A lot of money for the test and a lot of hassle.
