  I DO NOT RECOMMEND! The receptionists are rude, and the waiting times are a joke! Doctors are an hour late, and a sick patient has to wait that long in a cramped, stuffy hallway. The organization is terrible!

  Don't go to Dr. Bohdan Zlupko—he'll cripple me. She diagnosed whooping cough and treated me for it. In reality, it turned out to be pneumonia. When I came back to correct my treatment, she sat there laughing, saying I was "unlucky" to have been misdiagnosed. Did I come to the hospital or to a casino? She didn't cure me; I had to see a different doctor and take stronger and longer-lasting antibiotics. Zero respect. And zero competence.

  I don't know from experience what the adult clinic is like, but the children's clinic is definitely a plus. The pediatricians have a good approach. The nurses are also okay. The downside is that vaccinations aren't offered in the afternoon, and during the summer holidays, it's difficult to get a doctor after 1 p.m. Unfortunately, it's becoming increasingly difficult to reach them by phone.

  This clinic is a complete mess! I haven't been able to register for a test for three months now, and the list for that month is closed, and there's no list, and the doctor is unavailable for the entire month. Not to mention that you have to set aside half a day for someone to kindly pick up the phone at the reception desk. At the stationary clinic, I also witnessed the phone ringing, while I stood at the window, and the ladies chatted animatedly about their own personal matters... The manners also leave much to be desired. "Treatment" at this pseudo-clinic requires both time and health. I recommend giving it a wide berth!

  I never thought I'd be writing this because one day I might just complain. It seems the replacement of the reception staff with a younger generation has had its effect. The phone was answered immediately, not at all, as usual, or after hours of fighting. 😂 The receptionist was kind and smiling, I hope it lasts forever. Best regards.
