Unfortunately, the visit to Dr. Maryia Savitskay was supposed to be for diagnosis and removal of an intradermal mole, but it ended with a two-sentence diagnosis (a 4-5 minute visit) and a recommendation to have the mole removed by a surgeon under the National Health Fund. Unfortunately, I do not recommend it.

My review isn't about the services themselves, but about the approach to the client. At the end of January, I booked a procedure because of the price – according to the website, it was "from 1400 PLN" (in Krakow, between 2100-2500 PLN). I even asked over the phone what the difference was – the receptionist said it was outside the city, cheaper places, etc. I made a consultation appointment for February 28th at 6:00 PM, and the procedure was scheduled for a week later (I was determined to have that specific date). The day before, I confirmed the appointment, but on the day of my appointment, I received a call saying I MUST arrive at 5:40 PM. I left work early only to receive a text message on the way in saying I would be about 20 minutes late, and I ended up waiting another 20 minutes. It's not much, but it does feel like patients are being "forced in." After the consultation (for which, incidentally, I almost paid too much – the receptionist added 50 PLN for an ultrasound that didn't happen, so it's good that I asked about the price), I tried to schedule a procedure, but two surprises arose: the appointment "in a week" was rather impossible (contrary to what we'd agreed on over the phone a month earlier), and – most importantly – the price of the procedure wasn't 1400 PLN, but 2400 (!!!), because "the price list has changed since February." It's a shame no one informed me – I only wasted time and gas traveling and money for the consultation. In the end, I had the procedure done (cheaper) in Krakow. I really dislike this approach to clients/patients, hence my review. I recommend thoroughly checking the price and dates before using the services.

I highly recommend Dr. Ewelina. She's professional, patient, and attentive to her patients' needs. From the moment you walk in the door, you feel taken care of thanks to the receptionists. I always leave very satisfied, and the results of my treatments are fantastic.

The clinic staff is polite and knowledgeable; each step of the procedure was thoroughly explained, making me feel confident and safe. The laser treatment for broken capillaries exceeded my expectations. After just a few sessions, the results are fantastic. I wholeheartedly recommend this clinic!
