While waiting for my appointment, I was nervous about the long delay (1.5 hours). When I entered the office and experienced the most thorough examination of my life, I understood why we had to wait so long. I'd rather wait outside the doctor's office for half a day and go home and live my life with peace of mind than have my head examined because the clock is ticking, and then wait for hours in the oncology ward for the IV to finish. People, what's wrong with you? I read the reviews and I can't believe it... Where are we all rushing? I think we've all got our priorities mixed up. I've recommended the doctor to all my friends, and I recommend it to you reading this. Take the book so you don't get bored waiting for your examination, and rest assured, the doctor will examine you thoroughly. I wish you good health!

Good morning, today my fiancée and I had an appointment at 7:00 PM (I waited in the car with my 3-month-old baby). It's 7:35 PM and my fiancée hasn't even entered the office because there was such a long delay. The baby was crying the entire time. It's an unprofessional approach to a client who pays the clinic (a considerable sum of money). Perhaps the doctor will decide (I did after reading your reviews) to spend a little more time with the patient than 20 minutes? I think that will solve the clinic's constant problem with delays. More patients in an hour isn't always better. It will then look more professional. Best regards.

I've used Dr. Serafin-Król's ultrasound services many times. I don't know of any other doctor who performs such accurate ultrasound diagnostics. The delays patients mention in their reviews are due to her complete dedication to the patient currently in the office. I'd even be willing to wait several hours for such a specialist. As a physiotherapist, I often recommend Dr. Serafin-Król's services to my patients, and everyone is impressed with her knowledge and the quality of the examination. Previously, they often received ultrasounds that were performed in, say, 3-5 minutes and revealed little benefit.
