  I've been a client of the clinic for several months now, having had several treatments, and overall I'm satisfied with the procedures; they were all performed professionally and with excellent results. I'd especially like to thank Karolina, who was very helpful and dedicated. Unfortunately, I have one complaint regarding the deposit policy. Paying it two weeks before the scheduled appointment is quite demanding, and the rule that a refund is only possible if the appointment is canceled at least 48 hours in advance can be problematic in practice. In my case, a cold sore broke out on Saturday, which prevented the procedure from being performed. I called the clinic on Monday to inform them of the situation before my Tuesday appointment, but was told that the 300 PLN deposit would be forfeited. I understand the clinic's need to secure appointments, but in health situations beyond the patient's control, this policy seems inflexible and simply unfavorable for the client. I hope the clinic will consider a more individualized approach in exceptional cases in the future.

  This was my first experience with aesthetic medicine, and I can honestly say I had some serious concerns. I'd been considering Botox for bruxism and a forehead wrinkle for a while. However, I was worried someone would start analyzing my face and looking for "things" to improve—I mean, "Maybe we can make your lips bigger? And don't those wrinkles around your eyes bother you?" But during my conversation with Dr. Emanuel, I realized I was talking to a Human (the use of capital letters is important here :)). The consultation was very long; I asked a lot of questions, and the doctor made sure I understood everything. He recommended a consultation with an orthodontist because he thought Botox alone might not solve my bruxism problem. All my fears vanished—no one wanted to pressure me, no one wanted to make my face look like everyone else's. Ultimately, I left with a smooth forehead (after two weeks, of course), and I feel wonderful! Complete professionalism and a personalized approach to each patient. The doctor is very kind and professional, and you can feel that he REALLY wants you to leave the office feeling more confident and, above all, healthier!

  Dr. Alicja Gońda is my favorite specialist, one I return to with complete confidence. I've had laser and Botox treatments with her before and have always been very satisfied, so I decided without hesitation to have my lips contoured after a lip lift. As always with Dr. Alicja, the results are incredibly natural and subtle – lips are beautifully moisturized and defined, without an overdone effect. She has an incredible eye for detail and ensures the face looks fresh and light. She's professional through and through, and the atmosphere in the office is wonderful. I recommend her to anyone looking for the highest quality!

  Unfortunately, my visit to this clinic wasn't a positive experience. I had several cosmetic treatments with Karolina, performed 3-4 weeks apart. Initially, I had a series of four IPL treatments, which improved the condition of my skin, and I was satisfied with the results. Then, I underwent a series of three Retibooster Retix C treatments with needles. After the second treatment, my skin was very dry, resulting in more breakouts and acne. I reported these concerns during my appointment, and the cosmetologist assured me that the situation would improve after the third treatment. Unfortunately, after the series was over, my skin condition deteriorated significantly, and I had to see a dermatologist (unfortunately, it wasn't just one doctor, but several). The treatment required several visits, and I am still undergoing dermatological treatments. Furthermore, my lips were not properly protected during the treatments, which could have contributed to irritation around the lips. According to the dermatologists, the treatments used were not appropriate for my skin type, which is very sensitive. I wasn't offered any moisturizing or regenerative treatments, focusing solely on exfoliation. After the retinol treatment, I was offered a Dermapen treatment, which raised further concerns. I abandoned the clinic along with my mother, who was also dissatisfied with the results. Overall, the experience was very disappointing, and the effects of the treatments now require further, long-term medical attention. I do not recommend it.
