  Only 5 stars because I can't give 6. I highly recommend it, it's the best office in Żory. I felt comfortable. Dr. Justyna, MD, is very friendly and professional, she answers questions with dedication and clears up any doubts, and even cracks a lighthearted joke. In one visit, I learned more interesting facts about the female body than I could have expected. The visit was calm, comfortable, and unhurried, with a thorough medical history. Regarding the previous comments about appointments - yes, the appointments are long, but it's really worth the wait. I'm glad I finally found my doctor. Warm regards!

  First, a cancellation via text message. Then a reschedule two weeks later via text message. In the meantime, all information via text message, period. No attempt to contact me by phone. Finally, an appointment was scheduled for 4 p.m. A few hours before the appointment, a text message to come at 3:30 p.m. No question about whether I could or would be okay. Someone would just call and ask. No. A text message. Please come, period. I arrive at 3:30 p.m. and wait 20 minutes. So what was the point of rushing the appointment? We patients also have responsibilities, jobs, and lives. It's inappropriate to treat someone who leaves a significant amount of money in the office this way. Respect for someone's time should be the norm. And communication skills and courtesy towards patients are simply good manners. But not this one, then another, so why bother caring about the patient?

  It's very difficult to reach the office by phone; after several attempts, I didn't receive a response until a week later. The wait for an appointment is 2.5 months (I called in early September, with the appointment scheduled for mid-November). I understand that the doctor is probably very busy, and I understand that, but it's still a very long time for a private visit. Another thing I can understand is that everyone can have health issues and canceling an appointment a WEEK in advance can happen, but the assurance via text message that a callback and a new appointment would be arranged individually with each client was excessive. I received the text message almost a month ago, and I haven't received a call or message since. I can't rate the doctor's work (because after more than three months, I still haven't been able to get in). However, the office's operation leaves much to be desired, considering it's not a cheap service. I don't recommend her if you need a quick appointment.

  Hello, I decided to add this review because I know how important it is to patients, and the last one isn't recent. I've been seeing the doctor for over a year now, and I can confidently add my opinion. She's friendly, comforting, and answers questions if the patient has any. The doctor referred me for various procedures—not private, but covered by the National Health Fund—and I'm incredibly grateful! She's very gentle, knows what she's doing, and you can tell she does it skillfully and, above all, with passion. I trusted the doctor; I know I'm in good hands. Thank you for everything.   The best doctor under the sun, a true vocation ☺️ Always smiling, warm, empathetic, and understanding. Every woman can feel safe and cared for. Besides appointments, I can always count on her to contact me by phone if something bothers me. I wholeheartedly recommend her ♥️
