The conversation with the receptionist discourages not only visiting the facility, where going to a gynecologist is difficult for many women (especially young ones), but also the need to advocate for oneself. The pretentious tone of voice from the very first moment only encourages one to hang up. Furthermore, it would be helpful if the staff were more knowledgeable about, for example, the fact that certain medications cannot be discontinued on their own.

Dr. Kotłowska was incredibly kind. When choosing birth control pills, she tried to find the best possible solution so as not to overburden my student budget. The examination was conducted in a very pleasant and open atmosphere. Being a shy person and stressed by such appointments (it was my first visit with a new gynecologist), I didn't feel the slightest bit embarrassed to ask any questions. She was very engaging and ordered further tests as a precaution. I left feeling like I knew what I was getting into and everything was explained to me. I highly recommend her!

Getting through to this clinic is next to impossible; no one answers the phone between 10:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. A pregnant woman would probably give birth before she could get through. The clinic is great - Dr. Kołtowska is the best in the world, but 1 star is given specifically for the contactability, or rather, the lack thereof.

I went here for a few years, unfortunately during my last visit I was put off by one of the doctors (a man) during a gynecological examination and I knew I would never set foot there again. Dr. Kołtowska is a great doctor and person.

Unfortunately, there is no information about continuing the treatment, no refund for the consultation, I definitely do not recommend it
