I've been waiting for over an hour to be connected. After being informed that I'm four, 30 minutes pass, then I get the first one on the line and they tell me the wait is too long and then they hang up. I've been calling since 5:00 PM and 4:00 PM, and now the third call has ended, it's 6:30 PM. The clinic's reception is supposedly open until 7:00 PM. It's a joke!

Today I called for 10 minutes to let them know I was late for my appointment, but no one answered. I was 4 minutes late. When I entered the clinic, I saw a physiotherapist, already in his car, and he drove off. I was hoping someone else might be there and I wasn't registered with him. There was a line of three people waiting to register, and the lady explained to everyone how the NFZ rates are 40% cheaper, what to do, etc. 10 minutes passed, and then I learned he was their only doctor at the facility. I'm actually glad I didn't end up seeing him again, because the guy must be working there as a punishment, with such a disgruntled look on his face. And I think it's not normal for a doctor to wait 5 minutes.

I am appealing to the management of this facility to admonish the receptionist, who is an arrogant clerk. I was two minutes late for the doctor yesterday, and the lady didn't want to give me my number, only the last one, which would have been four hours later, so instead of 7 p.m. I got 42 p.m. I should mention that there was an hour's delay at the doctor's office. The lady at the reception desk, in an inhuman, almost insolent manner, decided to punish me, even though there was a delay in the office and my number hadn't been issued yet, and I really don't know who she was keeping it for if she didn't want to give it to me...

At the front desk, I was told to go to the office. After waiting 40 minutes and returning to the front desk, I learned that the doctor hadn't shown up for work. No comment.

Placówka jest naprawdę kiepska — chaos, bałagan i brak organizacji na każdym kroku. Obsługa niekompetentna, a cała wizyta to strata czasu i nerwów. Wszystko źle i lepiej tam nie przychodzić jak się ma rozum.
