As for the receptionists, I have no complaints; I always got through and they were always polite. But when it comes to doctors, I regularly went to the ophthalmologist for examinations and vision checkups. Unfortunately, I won't be going back. Even though the ophthalmologist is very nice and polite, she chose the wrong glasses, and the examination seemed rather poor. At any other optician, it seems more thorough and better performed. When it comes to eye diseases, the ophthalmologist is the number one in Ełk. Furthermore, I'm sorry to say this, but I think the doctor sees a bit too many patients, so when deciding to go to the doctor, we should be prepared for a 2-3 hour delay for a private appointment...

Examinations and glasses fittings are available in installments. The ophthalmologist in room 12 is completely clueless. Apparently, it's a private practice, but worse than the public one, with two-thirds of the patients per hour, despite the schedule being every 15 minutes. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone... The price is inappropriate.

Getting through is next to impossible. After the first call, the call was rejected after two rings. Subsequent attempts to contact this "clinic" were rejected after one ring. This is the first time I've encountered this situation. I don't recommend it.

I don't recommend it. The registration lady was unprofessional! She forgot to put me on the list! It's a scandal! Someone waiting for a test takes time off work and is in for such a surprise.

Even if I had the best opinion of this place (and that's what I have), the receptionist is unfortunately lowering my rating to one star. I haven't encountered someone so rude and unprofessional in a long time. She didn't even say hello or goodbye, and with a heavy tone of resentment, she told me where to go. I recommend avoiding the reception area and, heaven forbid, not asking any questions, as she clearly doesn't want to interact with anyone.
