I've been using the Lubmed clinic for over six months. The receptionists are always smiling, friendly, and very helpful! There are no lines. Dr. Elżbieta Działoszyńska, a neurologist, is the best of the best! Her extensive medical knowledge, empathy, and understanding are evident. Everything is top-notch! Best regards, Izabela Węcławek-Wąsik :)

This clinic is a joke. The allergist appointment I'd been waiting for for six months, scheduled for November at around 10 a.m., was cancelled at 8:30 a.m.... Then, a phone appointment was scheduled for December 4th. I excused my child from school again, only to find out I had an appointment on November 27th. Shocking. I didn't receive a text message before the appointment, even though the receptionist said they send text messages to patients (she reminded me that I didn't have my child's ID and that it was in the text message, even though I didn't receive any). What a disaster. My child was excused from school for nothing...

I definitely don't recommend gynecologist Kapłon, especially to women seeking endometriosis testing. I came to him on a recommendation because of severe, chronic abdominal and pelvic pain radiating to the spine, worsening during menstruation, ovulation, and intercourse—symptoms typical of endometriosis. At my first appointment, without a clear diagnosis and without performing specialized tests, Dr. Kapłon suggested laparoscopy. For those in the know: laparoscopy is a last resort procedure, performed only after a thorough diagnosis, as it is a surgical procedure under general anesthesia and carries a risk of complications (adhesions, infections, organ damage, and a long recovery period). Many specialists emphasize that it shouldn't be recommended lightly, and certainly not on a first visit. At first, Dr. Kapłon seemed pleasant and professional; I was actually surprised that someone like him could be found under the National Health Fund. Unfortunately, that impression quickly faded. The problems began at the next appointment, when he suggested surgery for December 23rd, and then December 30th. I refused either of these dates, as my fiancé and I had planned a family holiday and a New Year's Eve trip for months, all pre-paid and pre-arranged. Dr. Kapłon criticized me for refusing these dates and stated that "I'm obviously not in that much pain," adding, "If it were that painful, you'd go." This was very unfair and completely devoid of empathy. Furthermore, Dr. Kapłon independently determined the surgery location, over 100 km from Lubin, without asking me if I had access to transportation, a car, or if the date and location were even convenient for me. No normal doctor forces a patient to undergo surgery; even in the case of cancer, the decision always rests with the patient. Here, I felt pressured and manipulated, which made me extremely anxious. The level of pressure to perform the surgery was incomprehensible to me and, in my opinion, significantly deviated from the standards I'd encountered with other doctors, which made me very suspicious. He scheduled my next surgery for February 2, 2026. On January 19, 2026, Dr. Kapłon sent me a text message asking if the surgery was still available, informing me that the date would be canceled without confirmation. The message arrived around 4:00 PM, and by 10:00 PM, he had already texted me that the slot had become available. I didn't have my phone with me that day because I was taken by ambulance to the hospital due to severe abdominal and pelvic pain that was preventing me from functioning normally. At my appointment on January 21, 2026, I went to Dr. Kapłon to show him the results of my pelvic MRI. He asked me only about the surgery. I replied that I wanted to see an endometriosis specialist first, have the appropriate tests done, and only then make a decision. In response, Dr. Kapłon began to complain that I hadn't replied to his text message. When I tried to explain that I'd been out all day and didn't have my phone with me, Dr. Kapłon wouldn't let me finish my sentence and immediately accused me of lying, saying, "I know you're lying." I wanted to say that I was taken to the hospital by ambulance that day because of severe pain and show him the hospital discharge papers I had with me as proof, but I was so shocked that I was literally speechless and unable to do so. He didn't perform any tests that day, didn't do an ultrasound, etc. I had to ask him to at least check if my cervix was okay. At the end of the visit, he said, "Don't come to see me again." I should also add that Dr. Kapłon addressed me as "you," which I consider extremely unprofessional. The whole situation seemed outraged that I wasn't agreeing to the surgery he so desperately wanted. I wholeheartedly do not recommend Dr. Kapłon. Lack of empathy, lack of professionalism, excessive pressure, and very disturbing behavior toward the patient.

The clinic staff was impeccable, and the ladies were very helpful and polite. But whoever came up with the idea of turning off the phone directly at the clinic must have lost their minds. The general hotline has endless queues, like you're the 40th person in line! It's pathetic! Internet and telephone are essential for today's business! Direct telephone contact with a given clinic's staff is essential for its proper operation.
