Dear Sir, I apologize for the situation where your parking space was blocked. I'm a nurse and was visiting a patient with a small child. Unfortunately, there were no parking spaces available, so I parked in the first available spot. As a rule, in situations like this, I leave a note on the window stating the purpose of my visit and my phone number so I can move my car if necessary. Perhaps I forgot to leave such a note on the window, but the phone number is located on the license plate behind the name of the company, which you correctly found online – you went to all the trouble of writing and posting a photo, when all I had to do was call and I would have moved my car. I asked the person I was with to leave a note with my phone number in the parking space. If you would like any satisfaction from me for this incident, please call me. Once again, I sincerely apologize.

Good morning, I'd like to inform you that an employee at your clinic is repeatedly parking in a private parking space in an apartment building at 15 Cybernetyki Street in Warsaw, preventing the owner from leaving their car.
