Today I had the rare privilege and pleasure of receiving a truly kind and efficient customer service attention from Isabella at the front office in Enel-Med Facility Klimeckiego 1, Kraków. Speaking fluent English, all smiles and with good humour Isabella delivered her job excellently. She not only attended swiftly to my first request. Afterwards, offered to book the next appointment timely. Also suggested alternative times and locations soothing my convenience. That's not all! She went further to show the other location on Map and most kindly assisted with Polish to English better explanation of my document, upon my humble request. Our world need more of such rare individuals and I feel that Enel-Med is set for greater customer retention success having such smart, bright and compassionate staff like Isabella! Choose to stay kind, I urge you, for kindness is indeed a much underestimated superpower.

I used all 3 branches in Krakow. But the receptionists in Klimeckiego are the most helpful, one girl in particular is always calm, polite and solve all issues - an excellent service, so I prefer to pass by and take all the appointments, I do not remember her name but she is a life saver!

Not sure who's the leader in the "quality" of service: this one or the one on Wadowicka. A Wadowicka receptionist sent me to the incorrect RTG. Here, they provided incorrect information, that lead to the waste of time in the line to the doctor, and the woman was really rude!
