Avoid dentistry completely. They can't diagnose which tooth is hurting, and they want to extract a tooth that has nothing to do with the pain, further damaging it during the examination. It's a tragedy. I've been in treatment for several years, and that was several years too many.

I've been there three times because I suspected I had cavities, and what's more, I've seen the changes myself. Three times I was told my teeth were in perfect condition. Unfortunately, after recently visiting another dentist, I was told they actually had cavities. I'd advise avoiding the place completely if you don't want to spend that kind of money only to be diagnosed after the Xth time.

I'm giving Epoka 4 stars, but only for the excellent service provided by Emilia and Gosia during my blood draw. I've been there twice and I'm delighted with the friendly service, the smiles on their faces, and the approach they give to patients ☺️ My daughter can't imagine going to anyone else – I should mention that my daughter is 9 years old. The midwives also deserve praise, as always, wonderful people. They are lovely women with big hearts. Unfortunately, the rest of the issues at this facility are handled out of necessity. The constant lack of doctor appointments at 7:15 a.m. is appalling, the receptionist doesn't smile, and it's clear that patients are constantly interrupting, even though this is the healthcare system, right?

I usually refrain from leaving negative reviews, but this has happened again. It's impossible to get through, impossible to schedule an appointment by phone (once you've gotten through the 60-person queue), they make you come in person and wait in line from early morning, and there's still no guarantee you'll be seen. I'm forced to give up on this clinic—even though I was very happy with it before. I can't rate the doctors' work because I simply haven't been able to get an appointment since October of last year. 🤡 EDIT: Online registration isn't working either—I've been trying to access the server since 4:00 AM.
