The ladies in occupational medicine are GREAT. They work very quickly and are incredibly kind. There's no stress or worry whatsoever because they answer everything and help. :) The short, bespectacled woman and Żaneta? Aneta? They're adorable and always smiling. I highly recommend them; everything was taken care of immediately and, above all, the atmosphere was very pleasant. :)))

The clinic I've been a member of for many years is reliable. Basia at the Laboratory specializes in difficult cases – I can always count on her to handle my veins perfectly! The doctors are very reliable and professional. The receptionists are always kind, helpful, and courteous. The new receptionist is also very competent and always smiling. I recommend my Eskulap Clinic!

I've been going there for a long time and never had any problems until I was given an appointment with Edward Kliś. I politely explained to him (please) that I had made an appointment the day before, but due to the doctors' unavailability, I only showed up today, a day later, and asked for my I4 card from yesterday. To quote, "I don't care, I didn't see you here yesterday." It's a complete disaster. This is the last time I'm going to him. The receptionists are nice. I filed a written complaint in the notebook, the first one this year, and the notebook is empty. I'm surprised by his attitude. I tried to talk to him for a while to convince him to issue me my I4 card for yesterday, but it's pointless. Now I'm just waiting for Monday to sort it out at work so I don't have any problems.

Last week, I had a doctor's appointment at the Eskulap clinic and was pleasantly surprised by the reception staff's approach. They politely informed me that I needed to fill out a questionnaire regarding my tests. I received assistance, so everything was quick and efficient. The staff really try, and it's very calm despite the large number of patients. I'd especially like to thank the lady (I think she's a new employee) for her kindness and help with collecting my results, even though they weren't in written form. It was manageable.

Today I'm changing my mind about the clinic. At the registration desk, you present the situation and a certificate that you need an I-4 because they don't issue it there (hence the certificate, you can get an I-4 from your family doctor), they send you to Dr. Kliś, you go in politely and politely, ask questions and explain the situation, and he tells you with a snarl that it's the registration office that decides, not him, and that he's blocking him from receiving further patients - it's a disaster!
