I'd rather wait in line or not than be registered for a week's time with a child with a fever and still not be admitted at the given time and wait several hours, as they can in other centers even 20 km away

E-prescription - please insert a piece of paper with your PESEL number, phone number, and the name of the medication. Of course, that's perfectly fine, but then wait for the call? You have to call yourself, after which the lady yawns into the receiver and mutters the access code under her breath, which, after asking if she heard correctly, she responds with a grunt...

A huge drawback is the inability to register by phone for a specific time, which is already available in many locations. You have to arrive and wait in line, sometimes for almost two hours or more... It's like going back in time at least 20 years.

A tragedy... It's the 21st century, and this facility seems stuck in time 20 years ago. The incompetence there is beyond belief. Doctors sometimes don't have a stamp, sometimes don't have the equipment. They claim to accept patients, but they don't. Pure absurdity. I suggest checking online to see what documents are needed, because you won't find reliable information there. The only thing they know how to do is mislead patients and charge them. Never again.
