  I don't recommend getting tested at the Blood Collection Point. There are endless queues and delays. The women taking blood samples are rude and very slow. The organization is subpar. This isn't a one-off incident. Despite reporting the issue, nothing changes. It's a shame we can't give negative stars.

  I went to see my mother because she wasn't feeling well. The reception staff was rude and showed no empathy whatsoever. There was no manners. Both women were rude, one older and the other younger. However, the doctor addressed the problem and started treatment. My mother is feeling better. Can I file a complaint against the receptionist? This kind of treatment shouldn't happen! Poor old people who are afraid to speak up and remain silent, listening to such insults. Zero respect!

  This is the second time a young woman at the front desk has been very rude. You can't expect anything less from a phone call like this. What can older people do? They have to endure everything.

  The facility is listed as cooperating with Luxmed. However, the number for Luxmed is from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. and cannot be reached. It's best to remove it from the Luxmed website.

  I have no idea why this clinic has such low ratings! Appointments are scheduled by phone or directly at the reception desk for a specific time, with no waiting or lines. The staff are friendly, both at the front desk and in the laboratory. You can order prescriptions for regular medications through the clinic's website. Dr. Zgoda is wonderful, empathetic, and thoroughly examines every medical issue.
