I'm very pleased with my visits to this clinic. Everything was on time, and the gynecologist demonstrated great professionalism and a personalized approach. The receptionists are always smiling, helpful, and friendly, making me feel immediately welcome. I highly recommend them!

The doctors at the clinic are nothing to complain about, but those women at the reception desk are a disaster. Avoid them. Today's situation: I called on Monday to renew my prescription. The doctor said it would be ready the following day. I waited until today (Friday). I called the doctor today to find out what's going on. Why isn't the prescription available? The doctor graciously told me she hadn't checked, that I wasn't entitled to a prescription. She just said that instinctively because she checked my medical records after I called, but she didn't bother to call back to say she'd made a mistake. Today, she was rude on the phone. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND (I'd give 0 stars, but that's not possible).

Today was my first visit with gynecologist Magdalena-Miś-Michałek. She made a very positive impression on me, explained everything thoroughly and performed a painless gynecological examination. She was very kind and attentive; I will definitely be returning to Magdalena. The receptionist was also very friendly, helpful, and always smiling! Great!
