  On February 5th at approximately 11:00 AM, I would like to report a very unpleasant situation that occurred today at your clinic. My mother was walking down the street and suddenly needed to use the restroom. I would like to emphasize that she has a chronic illness – she suffers from diabetes and Addison's disease, and also has bladder problems. The situation was sudden and urgent. My mother asked the nurse on duty at the clinic to use the restroom. She was told that the restroom was for patients only. Despite explaining her health situation and asking "in a polite manner," the refusal was maintained. At one point, my mother was told that she could only use the restroom after paying a fee of 5 złoty. Forced by her health situation, she paid this amount and barely made it to the restroom in time. I believe that such treatment of a sick person in urgent need is not only devoid of empathy but also unbecoming of a healthcare facility. A clinic should be a place where a person—especially a sick person—can count on understanding and help, not additional stress and humiliation. Please address this situation and draw appropriate conclusions for the future.

  I can wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Dariusz Stępień. From the very first moment, I felt cared for and treated with great respect. The procedure took place in a calm, professional atmosphere, and he demonstrated extensive knowledge, experience, and empathy. Everything was explained clearly and concisely, giving me a sense of security and trust. The anesthesiology team also deserves a very high rating. Both the anesthesiologist and the nurse anesthesiologist demonstrated complete professionalism, calmness, and an empathetic approach to the patient. Their objective explanations and composure fostered a sense of security and peace before the procedure. The nursing care was exceptionally high—full of kindness, attentiveness, and genuine concern for the patient. I would like to express my special thanks to Ms. Agata, whose warmth, commitment, and professionalism made me feel truly comfortable and cared for. The reception staff also left a very positive impression. The receptionist was polite, patient, and knowledgeable, eager to provide any information and fostering a friendly atmosphere from the very first moment. The entire team creates a place where patients feel important and treated with the utmost care. This is an example of modern, empathetic medical care at a very high level. My heartfelt greetings to the entire team 🥰

  I have many health conditions, so I visit doctors' offices frequently. I've never encountered a staff like the one at Euro Klinika. I'm a patient of Dr. Stępień. He's a wonderful man. The best doctor in the world. Today I had a colonoscopy with gastroscopy. The entire staff, from the incredibly kind and smiling receptionist, to the nurses (WONDERFUL), and the anesthesiologist, deserve the highest praise. The atmosphere is relaxed, like over coffee in a café. Everyone is caring, smiling, and extremely empathetic. They provide information and engage in conversation. I could go on and on, but it's something you have to experience. Thank you so much to each and every one of you for your care. You're fantastic! ❤️❤️❤️

  I had the pleasure of using this clinic's services again (I think it was my fourth time – this time for a colonoscopy and gastroscopy under general anesthesia). From the moment I walked in, I felt cared for – the staff is incredibly friendly and professional. Everything was thoroughly explained to me, and the atmosphere was calm and understanding. Special praise goes to Dr. Stępień, a proctological surgeon who is a professional and highly cultured individual. Thanks to his approach, the entire procedure was stress-free and completely comfortable. The anesthesia was performed impeccably – I felt no pain or discomfort (thank you, Dr. Anesthesiologist). This is a place where patients are truly cared for.   I definitely recommend Euro-Klinika. I had my procedure performed by Dr. Stępień today, and I can honestly say that I felt cared for from start to finish, not left to my own devices. I came to the clinic on the recommendation of my father and sister, who also had the same procedure.
