Deep communist Poland and pathology, with staff taken straight from the Teddy Bear. One of the receptionists is rude, arrogant, and rude. She even had to chew her sandwich or sausage while speaking to me because she slammed the door in my face. She refused to give her name despite my insistence (the other receptionist behaved appropriately). I agree with the previous comments; this person shouldn't be working in this place, or any other place that requires customer contact. The doctor went home even though I had an appointment. It turned out I had made the wrong appointment because I wasn't registered. And since I'm not registered, I couldn't make the appointment, which I had made through reception that same day, with a note to arrive 5 minutes early because I had to register first. And then I found out I arrived too late for an appointment I hadn't even made, because I was 10 minutes early and they asked me to be 5 minutes early. That's the level of absurdity.

In this review, I'll only refer to the gynecologist's assessment, just to warn you. After many years of private consultations, I started looking for a gynecologist covered by the National Health Fund (NFZ) (I was healthy, and I only cared about regular checkups). It's hard to find a good doctor, and above all, a good person among gynecologists, so my first impression was positive. He was kind, calm, and matter-of-fact, always greets with a handshake and apologizes for delays. Perfect. Until I developed health problems, including dull pelvic and lower abdominal pain. I couldn't sit still at times, and it hurt to walk. Furthermore, the doctor found a fibroid that was large and needed "something" to address. He immediately referred me for surgery. Thank God the hospital doctor who saw me when I was referred for the procedure was the right person in the right place. Unfortunately, the fibroid was a different size and in a completely different location than the ultrasound my gynecologist had shown. She also diagnosed endometriosis. She said the fibroid was in a location that made the procedure very invasive and risky, and there would be significant complications because the uterus would have to be cut open. She asked what treatment the doctor had undertaken. What? None. He sent me for the procedure. I was told that the procedure should be a last resort and that there were several treatment options for both the fibroid and endometriosis. I changed doctors. I went privately to the doctor who admitted me to the hospital. I'm undergoing treatment, I feel calmer, and I'm being cared for. So... if everything is okay, great, but if something is happening, you have symptoms or changes... change doctors immediately. It's not worth saving money. Nothing is more important than your health and life.

I had a PRIVATE breast ultrasound, and it was the worst 150 złoty I've ever spent. I strongly advise against it. I spent a maximum of 5 minutes in the office getting dressed. The exam was done cursorily, haphazardly, maybe lasting 2 minutes? 🤔 How can you treat patients like this? These are no longer the times. It's a disaster.

It's awful. You wait two weeks for a prescription code, the receptionist says the doctor was busy, and the prescription code has been sitting right under her nose since God knows when. What a disaster.
