  I've been a member of this clinic for 7 years. A 5* rating. The receptionists are very helpful and competent. In urgent cases, they do everything they can to ensure the patient receives quick help (I've had this happen twice). So, thank you all so much. Ms. Irmina is also a great woman. 🙂 My doctor, Dr. K. Zajac, is fantastic! Warm, empathetic, and kind. He listens to the patient and explains everything. I wholeheartedly recommend this facility. Edyta Bajurska

  I've been using this clinic for four years and I'm very satisfied. The people at the reception desk are very friendly and eager to help. Appointments are scheduled for specific times, so I think I've only had to wait in line once. The doctors are also polite and competent.

  Please steer clear. The receptionists work like they're punishing you. Your baby gets sick and you're told you should go on night duty. Same thing with vaccinations—you have to know what to do and when, no information whatsoever! Zero help for your child. It's the same with pregnant women—not only are sick notes incorrectly issued, but the gynecologist also says he won't follow your pregnancy because it's too soon after your first delivery. I should add that I consulted with a doctor who treats my high blood pressure and sees no contraindications to pregnancy. Today, my irritation has reached its peak. My primary care doctor ordered basic and additional tests. I went to the clinic, and the nurse said she only has private tests and won't check my chart. People, I'm pregnant, and the gynecologist won't see me because of the misconceptions, and the nurse won't do the tests?! I'm changing clinics immediately.

  One star is way too much. The service is communist-style. I don't like it, but it's a bummer. There was one nice and organized lady at the front desk (a girl with a ponytail and bangs), but I haven't seen her in a while. There's such a turnover at the front desk, which only speaks to the conditions and atmosphere. Doctors have been vaccinated but won't admit patients anymore. It's better to call the sick and check the box. I'm changing clinics.
