What's happening at this clinic is an absolute disaster and a display of total incompetence. Trying to call them is like playing roulette – except that at roulette, you have even the slightest chance of winning. Nobody answers. NOTHING. You try for hours, and the line is busy, no one picks up, or the system disconnects. Do they even have phones there, or are they just pretending to be working? Appointment registration is a complete joke. A sick person in need of help is treated like an intruder who needs to be dismissed as quickly as possible. "No appointments," "Please call tomorrow" – that's all they can say. Zero empathy, zero willingness to help, just a blasé expression and a "what do I care" attitude. This isn't a healthcare facility. It's an absurd office where the patient is the problem, not the person. Complete indifference, lack of organization, and incompetence. I feel like no one there has any control over anything, and the only thing that works effectively is... closing the door in people's faces. Someone should finally get this sorted out, because it deserves to be reported to the National Health Fund, the media, and subjected to all possible inspections. This kind of treatment is a disgrace to the healthcare system. If this clinic's goal is to discourage patients from living, then congratulations – you're very effective.

One of the best clinics so far. It's easy to get through by phone. I've never been told there's no availability. The GP's afternoon hours are flexible for working people. I'm happy with them.

It's hard to get through and get in. People sit in the waiting room for hours, while doctors walk around and chat with each other, not caring about their patients. I'm disappointed.

GP appointments are booked for a week, and the doctors seem to have a contract with the pharmaceutical company because they're prescribing Apo Napro to everyone. Even though I had a bowel problem the day before (she even sent me to the hospital), she prescribed Apo Napro for a cold, which isn't indicated and is forbidden for such conditions. In the appointment history, she doesn't record what's said, but what she wants. I dare say they're repeating the Łódź skin problem from years ago, only in a different guise.

So far, this is the best clinic my children have ever been to. The ladies at the children's registration desk are incredibly kind, helpful, and friendly. Vaccinations and checkups are handled with minimal stress. I changed clinics to be closer to home, but I've returned... because it's worth the commute. Dr. Soczówka - the best
