  The clinic is stuck in the Neolithic era, and so is the doctor. Dr. Alicja prescribes antibiotics for a runny nose. Every time, I gritted my teeth, said, "Maybe I really need to," and took them. I wonder how many times I've taken them without a reason. Privately (?! Where did I ask for a referral to the National Health Fund? The doctor refused) I had a CRP done, and it turned out I could just shove the antibiotic in my shoes because it wasn't necessary. With no symptoms of a cough, the prescription ended up with a cough medicine (?). The doctor always ends the visit with the standard set of medications – Zinnat and Erdomed Muko. 😑 The only plus point of this clinic is the nurses, wonderful women.

  Reading the comments I see that nothing has changed, it's impossible to get through on the phone, I don't know what they're doing at the reception, it's impossible to make an appointment for the next day, only the pediatrician is saving this clinic because the rest is not worth talking about.

  I am very pleased with my visits with Dr. Słowikowska 😄🥰 Always helpful and lovely, the only downside is that it is difficult to reach the registration by phone.

  I don't recommend it, the service is poor, they don't offer online registration. They tell older people to come (often from far away), and then it turns out there's no doctor or no way to register. I haven't seen such a failure in a long time. It's time to wake up, or everyone will run away from you.

  It's impossible to make an appointment because the registration puts the phone aside, but if the commission is successful, I don't recommend Doctor Alicja Dunowska, I haven't experienced a worse approach to people in a long time. The doctor questions everything you say about your health, as if the only reason you went to the doctor was to lie. I don't get sick often, I couldn't register so I came to see if I could get in. There was no one there, except for the gentleman in front of me, but the doctor was very angry when I tried to enter, "If you don't register, please don't even sit down." I don't recommend it if there is another option. It's a joke that there can be one doctor and only until 12 p.m., what do they do for the rest of the day when the clinic is open until 6 p.m.
