  Doctors are okay, but registration still leaves much to be desired, but that's a problem for all clinics. A major drawback is the introduction of loud music after the renovation, with a radio that simply blares throughout the clinic. Not everyone likes noise, and there are so many distractions around, especially when waiting a long time to see a doctor.

  The patient registration policy is terrible. You can't register a few days in advance, only on the same day of your appointment. Living in the same building as the clinic, I have to carry my one-year-old down the fourth floor (even though post-pregnancy health problems could put me at risk of surgery and I'm due for a surgical consultation) or leave her with someone during the registration (because, after all, I can handle the matter in person faster than by calling). Not every patient has the option of registering this way. Not everyone has the free time to try their luck every day if things don't work out (especially if they want an appointment with a specific doctor). I managed to get in on my fourth attempt. When I first registered in person, I didn't know that this was the current situation and I couldn't make it to the appointment on that particular day because my partner was at work. My second attempt was by phone – the doctor was exceptionally absent that day (random events happen, OK). Attempt three – I didn't know registration was from 8:00 a.m. and arrived after 7:30, but I wasn't served. (OK, my mistake and ignorance, but no one would have been disappointed...) Attempt four (the same day as the third, about 20 minutes later) – I was registered, but as one of the last patients. You have to be healthy to be sick. This registration model isn't good for working people, mothers with children, or the elderly. It's only convenient for the clinic's administration and management.

  Registration is a disaster. Getting through is near impossible, or you have to wait 30-40 minutes. If you call after 8 a.m., you'll be told there are no more appointments. It's a travesty. And booking appointments in advance is prohibited because the system is blocked. This is a joke. Either this gets streamlined somehow, or patients will leave. Why do I need a doctor I can't get in to? I'll probably end up in the ER.

  Getting an appointment is next to impossible. When you call, annoying music plays and you're told you're in a waiting line. You wait in line for a very long time, only to be informed that all the appointments for today are taken. If you want to make an appointment for tomorrow or another day, it turns out you can't, and you have to repeat the same process again tomorrow. Appointments are only for the current day, and with the high volume of calls, it's very difficult to get an appointment. With a fever of 40 degrees Celsius, it's impossible to get an appointment for the next available date, for example, the next day. You either get in or you don't, first come, first served.
