I'm not judging the wait time, because here, like in any clinic, you have to wait a while, but both Dr. Kolońska and the wonderful ladies in the treatment room and at the registration desk demonstrate the highest level of care and empathy for the patient.

My first visit to Dr. Nowińska's ophthalmology clinic and I immediately received a comprehensive diagnostic evaluation. Quick and accurate. Examination and referral for an OCT. No waiting lists, on time. The doctor is very friendly. It's clear she knows what she's doing and enjoys her work! Making an OCT appointment by phone? Why not! No waiting time. A slight minus for the rather cold conversation with the consultant. However, I expect more cordiality in medicine outside the National Health Fund. This minus doesn't affect the overall rating, as I'm truly satisfied.

My review concerns Dr. CEZARY TOBIASZ, a proctologist. I would like to warn everyone about this pseudo-specialist. The patient was my closest relative, and this quack caused incredible suffering during a visit covered by the National Health Fund (NFZ). Not only did he not help, he actually harmed me. The examination was extremely painful and rushed. He was rude, arrogant, and didn't review the documentation presented to him. After returning home, the patient discovered blood around the anus. The pain intensified with each passing hour and continued for another week. This heartless individual should not be treating patients and clearly has no respect for patients seen under the National Health Fund (NFZ). I advise you to steer clear of him.
