  The situation on February 3, 2026, around 11 a.m. I accidentally overheard a conversation at the reception desk. The lady said, "She's pissed off with these Ukrainians and Belarusians!" I ask management to talk to their colleagues about racism. Belarusians are hardworking people; they earn an honest living, pay taxes, and raise children. Moreover, many Belarusians born and raised in Poland live in Białystok. Most of us were forced to lose our homes. Ukrainians literally give everyone a peaceful sky over their heads, and in response, we receive hurtful words and even a punch in the face. Yet these intelligent people work in a place where they help people and save lives. Where is your respect and conscience?

  A very good family clinic. Professional medical staff (especially Dr. Smoleńska and Dr. Cieciuch). The receptionist was very friendly. The clinic's interior is well-maintained and renovated.

  My family and I are very pleased with the services provided by our clinic. If you need urgent care, you can get an appointment right away. If you don't come in for a checkup, they'll call and invite you. They offer all the tests covered by the National Health Fund (NFZ). The doctors and nurses are very kind and considerate. Besides that, no one seems to care about us.

  This clinic is highly recommended; the doctors there are excellent specialists, as I was once again convinced of today. They have a very professional and empathetic approach to patients, including children. We've only been here for a short time, but I can honestly say it was one of the best decisions we've ever made. I completely understand the negative reviews and I'm glad I didn't succumb to them by changing clinics. We were seen immediately in an emergency; in other cases, an appointment a few days in advance is sufficient. I highly recommend it.

  I want to describe an embarrassing situation that occurred at the clinic on November 7th of this year. My son got sick, so I called the clinic this morning to make an appointment for him. One of the women at the reception desk told me to come in now because there were two doctors and no patients. So I dressed my sick 4-year-old and 9-month-old daughter and headed to the clinic, which is a four-minute walk away. Once there, it turned out there were a lot of people waiting to see the doctor. We waited there for over an hour and a half. Meanwhile, while at the clinic, a courier called to say there was a package waiting to be picked up (I asked him to leave it at the reception desk, and my husband would pick it up after work). After a few minutes, I went to the reception desk to ask how long we would have to wait until the doctor saw us. It was already 10 a.m., and I was waiting with a tiny baby who was about to ask for a bottle of milk, which I didn't take because "there's no line." In response, I heard a raised voice: "Why did the courier call, saying there was a package to be picked up, and you came to start a fight?" I think this behavior from one of the receptionists is inappropriate, even impertinent. Firstly, she shouldn't care who's calling patients, and secondly, if she's eavesdropping and commenting, she should listen carefully and completely. I warn you to be careful what the receptionist says on the phone at the clinic, because then there are situations and someone else can be treated as arrogant and unprofessional as I was. I should also add that during the waiting time at the clinic, the receptionists were deigning to answer every second or third call because they were so busy gossiping among themselves. I think it's high time to do something about this, because the doctors are truly fantastic, which is more than I can say about the stuck-up receptionists.
