It was a very rude and strange experience... I arrived with 3 English speaking friends who simply asked if the lady's at reception spoke English. The response from the lady with dark hair and glasses was "no bye bye" My polish is not perfect, but as I tried to explain the situation in polish I asked one of the other workers if what I heard was correct, " did she just say no bye bye" to my colleagues. The lady in glasses responded again sarcastically "yes she did, bye-bye." So that was our brief experience with this establishment, totally rude and unprofessional. I have no idea what has happened to this person, but it's unfortunate that we had to bear the brunt of her behavior. Even more unfortunate that my company was willing to set up a professional relationship this clinic; all future employees of the company based in inowroclaw were going to be medically processed through farm med.

Bardzo polecam to miejsce. Od pierwszej chwili można odczuć profesjonalizm i życzliwe podejście do pacjenta. Obsługa jest niezwykle miła, pomocna i zawsze gotowa odpowiedzieć na każde pytanie. Dużym plusem jest również świetna organizacja wizyt – pacjenci są przyjmowani punktualnie, zgodnie z umówioną godziną, co pokazuje szacunek do czasu innych. Wizyta przebiegła w spokojnej i komfortowej atmosferze, a lekarz wykazał się dużą wiedzą, cierpliwością oraz dokładnością. Zdecydowanie miejsce godne polecenia każdemu, kto szuka profesjonalnej opieki medycznej i miłego podejścia do pacjenta.

I do not recommend the ENT clinic run by "doctor" Małgorzata Kotynia Mus. To put it bluntly, she's not nice, not sympathetic, and has a smart-ass attitude. I'm not surprised this "clinic" has a low rating. Places like this, with such rude people, should be closed down. Not only do you pay for the visit, but you also have to put up with a grumpy woman. A TRAGEDY. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

It's a disaster. People have doctor's appointments at the same time, no one knows anything. The woman sits in the office for 40 minutes and doesn't call anyone, and then she complains that it's the patients' fault. The doctor is sulky and looks like she's there as a punishment. Animals are treated better at the vet than humans. This was the first and last time I was in that Fama Med dump.

I scheduled an appointment with Krystian Siemianowski for September 25th. I waited over a month, and on the day of my appointment, the receptionist told me I wasn't registered and that the doctor wasn't available. I have to wait almost a month for my next appointment, until October 23rd. The reception is terrible and incompetent.
