My partner and I recently went for prenatal testing. We were very stressed, of course. Dr. Świetlicki wasn't professional, but rather brushed us off. Not to mention the fact that when we entered the ER, there was smoke, probably from an e-cigarette, which should be prohibited in such places. After the test, we approached to make another appointment, and the receptionist rudely told us someone would contact us. She seemed to be sitting there as a punishment. We are very sorry that we were treated this way during such a special moment.

I am very pleased with the services provided by this medical facility. The entire staff is polite, helpful, and well-organized, and visits take place in a pleasant and calm atmosphere. Special praise goes to gynecologist Marcin Szymański—he is an exceptionally professional, competent, and empathetic specialist. He explains everything thoroughly, devotes adequate time to each patient, and inspires complete trust. His approach makes you feel safe and comfortable. I highly recommend both the facility and the doctor.

Unfortunately, my experience with this facility has been very poor. The prenatal screening registration process was extremely unprofessional. As requested by the receptionist, I sent everything to the email address provided. I called several times to remind myself of my appointment – each time I was assured that the person in charge of prenatal screening registration would call me back, but they completely forgot about me. I also sent a reminder email, which I still haven't received a response to. There's a lack of organization, a lack of responsibility, and a lack of respect for the patient, especially during such an important and stressful time as pregnancy. Based on the positive reviews about the facility and the doctors who perform these tests, I was thrilled to be in good hands, but unfortunately, I was disappointed from the very beginning. I definitely don't recommend it.

I can confidently express my positive opinion of the team of obstetrician-gynecologists I had the opportunity to work with. This team demonstrated not only tremendous professionalism but also empathy and a unique approach. Dr. Agata Kuszerska created an exceptionally friendly and calm atmosphere during the first prenatal examination. Her kindness, communication skills, and empathy, as well as her thoroughness and dedication during the examination, made me feel safe from the very beginning, and I left the office with a smile on my face. Dr. Piotr Włodarczyk, who performed the second prenatal examination, is a physician with a very high level of expertise. He approaches diagnostics with great care and meticulousness, clearly explaining the individual stages of the examination and all possible concerns, and giving the patient the feeling that she is in responsible and competent hands. Dr. Marcin Szymański demonstrated extensive knowledge, calmness, and complete professionalism during the echocardiogram and the third prenatal examination. He performed the examinations very thoroughly and with great care. He analyzed every aspect of the baby's development, as well as the mother's health, with exceptional detail and thoroughness. He initiated appropriate treatment, clearly explaining his decisions. The entire visit took place in an atmosphere of complete safety and trust. Dr. Marek Walkowiak demonstrated tremendous patience and composure in the face of a misunderstanding that left me emotionally unsettled. He patiently answered all my questions and ensured I felt as calm and secure as possible. The entire team deserves the highest praise – these doctors are highly experienced, knowledgeable, and passionate about their patients. I can wholeheartedly and gratefully recommend them to every expectant mother.

My experience with this facility is poor due to the reception staff's poor communication. I made an appointment over the phone for a specific time, arrived at the scheduled time, and was told I was supposed to be there an hour earlier, which no one informed me about. Not to mention, I didn't even hear the word "sorry," but instead, I heard "we're sorry."
