  Last Thursday I took a PCR test here. There was no queue, and the lady taking the test was friendly and efficient. Luckily I was with someone who spoke Polish, as unfortunately they didn't seem to fully understand me. However, I got the result within 24 hours, and when there was a typo on the test report, we called and it was fixed within the hour still.

  I have mixed opinions about this place. The registration process is mostly very unpleasant, unfriendly, and undiscreet. I had a colposcopy here with Dr. Olakowska. She's the best doctor I've ever encountered. Comfortable, intimate atmosphere, gentle, and detailed information provided. I also had a cervical conization, and while the operator was fine and ensured my comfort, the anesthesiologist only stressed me out. He kept suggesting that the anesthesia might not be sufficient, etc. I should add that I'm a delicate patient, so I felt like running away and canceling the procedure. Fortunately, the operator calmed me down and tried to laugh off the nonsense the anesthesiologist was saying. Unfortunately, my worst experience was with my underage daughter. I don't remember their names, but they only see two doctors there, and both are terrible. As an adult, I wouldn't go to them, but they see children and teenagers. A first visit to a gynecologist should be super gentle and relatively comfortable; a young patient like her should feel comfortable. Both women here are mean and unkind. They express unsolicited personal opinions, commenting unnecessarily on personal decisions like contraception and intercourse, for example, who pays for contraception, or when I wanted to give my daughter some privacy during the exam and sat behind a screen. This also received negative feedback. Words fail me, and I lack professionalism and empathy. My daughter isn't 18 yet, so I'm stuck with them. When I asked when to come for a checkup, instead of explaining to the young woman that regular checkups are necessary, we were told that something would happen or something would be needed. SHOCKING. And so we go back in time...

  I'm very pleased with my visit here. My first visit involved a colposcopy, which I was very stressed about, and the gynecologist was wonderful and took wonderful care of me. The receptionist and the ladies were very helpful and kind. I also had a blood test, which I'm terribly afraid of, and the woman who drew my blood had a wonderful attitude. Finally, I had a partial cervical resection, and the anesthesiologist who performed the procedure was very nice, but the most wonderful thing was the midwife, a very kind woman. I wholeheartedly recommend her.

  A clinic that proudly calls itself a cancer treatment center and advertises its extensive diagnostic services for women's cancers, where breast ultrasounds are performed by an internist, yet patients are not informed of this before their appointment. This is the first time I've encountered this approach in a private practice, without warning the patient. Upon entering, I was informed that the examination was payable before the appointment (now I know why), but okay, I paid and was directed to the office. The entire visit, including the examination, lasted five minutes, the longest of which was my undressing and dressing after the examination. The ultrasound itself, with a watch in hand, took two minutes, and the doctor didn't conduct any interviews—he didn't ask any questions at all. I'm a post-biopsy patient with a significant family history. The printout from the examination contains one sentence—verbatim, and that's where I learned that the doctor is an internist, not a gynecologist. Needless to say, the examination didn't include palpation. I've had many ultrasounds, and I've never encountered such an approach. Instead of devoting time to providing incomplete fishing services, Mr. Waleczek should focus on the transparency of information provided to clients - yes, to clients, because regardless of whether the visit is covered by the National Health Fund or privately, he receives a considerable fee for it.
