  We have been undergoing IVF treatment at Invicta Clinic in Wrocław for a year, and our first transfer will take place at the beginning of November. Before the transfer, we would like to express our sincere thanks to Izabella Festyńska and Dr. Agata Pawłosek. They have been by our side throughout the entire year, answering every question we had and making sure we never felt alone. Whenever we needed support, they were always there for us. We had IVF treatments before in other country and th clinic, but both of them are truly the best in this field. Not only do they know everything about the patient’s medical condition, but they also provide incredible psychological support. We would like to thank both of them in advance for everything.

  Here is our experience, we could not get pregnant with the second child, we were assigned to analyze the examination, we passed, the indicators were plus minus on the border of permissible for pregnancy without any interventions. We were prescribed shots to induce ovulation. We came for a visit a month later because we had no periods, the test showed a weak second stripe but the doctor ignored it and said it was not a pregnancy. My wife ended up in the hospital and almost died because she had an ectopic pregnancy, but the doctor did not notice it! They performed an operation (in a public hospital in Wroclaw - thanks to them), as a result, now there is almost no chance to get pregnant, my wife is psychologically and physically traumatized. And most importantly, they did not even call to find out and ask how you are doing, if you were able to get pregnant. The clinic is not interested in helping you in any way, I had to make an appointment myself, constantly calling to try to find a time when I could come. If you think that you will come and they will guide and help you - it is not so, they do not care, they just take money for a visit and then do what you want. I highly do not recommend it. I don't understand how this is possible, it was a very negative experience and now we don't know what to do next.

  I want to express our deepest gratitude to the fertility clinic in Wrocław for helping my husband and me become parents. After struggling for over 5 years and undergoing treatments in other countries, a friend recommended this clinic to us, and we decided to give it a try. Dr. Gawel, our dedicated doctor, guided us through the process with exceptional care. After several rounds, we were blessed with viable embryos, and our first embryo transfer resulted in success. Now, with our baby girl in our arms, we are overwhelmed with joy. We plan to return to Wrocław Invicta in the future for more children. We extend our heartfelt thanks to the entire staff, especially Dr. Gawel and midwives like Natalia, whose names I may not recall but whose contributions were invaluable in making our dream of parenthood a reality.

  Terrible experience at Wroclaw clinic!! I’ve been going to Invicta Wroclaw for a few months now to find out potential infertility issues and later on IVF treatment. Overall, the place is just ok and many receptionists are kind. I chose Dr Krzemieniewska after a long search thinking that she is very good. However, my experience from the beginning has been awful! Doctor was late for the first appointment (I said ok, this is the first meeting). The clinic told us to upload all our previous tests to the system before the first meeting so that the doc could prepare, so we did. At the first meeting, the doc had no idea about our previous tests. She couldn’t find them. She spent 15 mins looking for them in the system etc, after all, she wasn’t ready for the meeting. After asking some basic questions that any friend could ask, she of course ordered a bunch of tests. We went for the second meeting with the test results, she ordered more tests. She did not explain properly why or how or what is happening. She didn’t do any cycle or ovulation tracking. All she knows is just ordering more tests. She was more into our private life, works and hobbies etc rather than our very main problem. The meetings with the doctor were not informative. To be honest, in the last few months, she did not tell me anything that I already didn’t know! After doing so many tests and paying a lot of money, at our last meeting, the doc told us that we qualify both for IVF and insemination, but the “computer” says IVF treatment is recommended based on the results (which so far every result is normal). I was like “ THE COMPUTER” ???? I went there to get professional opinion of the doctor, not the software. Things didn’t end here. We got all the information what’s necessary for IVF preparation from the reception. After a few days, we went back to the clinic because we wanted to get information about insemination as well – how to prepare, when to come etc. The receptionist told us that we have to see the doctor AGAIN to get this info. I explained to her so many times that the doctor already told us we qualify for both so why do I need to pay again to see the doctor for 5 minutes ?? The lady wasn’t even trying to be helpful, she just kept saying no no no. Also, the doctor barely speaks English. The fact that I was not Polish could be an issue here as well. Few more things happened but they are too private to share. This clinic only cares about money. Not only did I lose money, I also lost time with them! I did not feel safe or looked after at all. Everything is so superficial, the doctor doesn’t explain – unless you keep asking - what the results mean, what could be the issue etc. They are far from being experts in IVF treatment. I am very happy that I saw their real face before starting the treatment.
