  I highly recommend a visit to a urological physiotherapist, however, the receptionist's approach left much to be desired... It was my first time, so I approached the receptionist and was told, "What do you want from me?"... I was stunned by the lack of manners... I just wanted to pay and ask which office I should go to, and the receptionist only added, "Sit and wait."

  Many years ago, Ciechanów accustomed me to seeking specialized medical care in Warsaw. Recently, however, my opinion has been changing. One of the main reasons for this change in my mindset is the care my wife received from Dr. Elżbieta Filipczak. May 2023, and my appointment with Dr. Filipczak, changed our perception of Ciechanów medicine. Here, we have professionals, and certainly a specialist in gynecology and obstetrics, whom every resident of Ciechanów, as well as visiting patients, can trust. For a year and a half, I have been confident about my wife's health. Dr. Filipczak has guided us through difficult times. She has always demonstrated great professionalism, knowledge, and experience, but also a genuine heart of gold and empathy, so often absent from doctors. Dr. Filipczak explained every medical step taken, performed and described the tests and their results impeccably, but above all, she never diminished our hope, although if necessary, she would have delivered the worst news in the gentlest possible way. Thank you, Doctor, for taking care of my wife. I am grateful for your knowledge and experience, thanks to which the three of us are now happily together with our daughter. Thank you for ensuring that, in addition to physical health, the mental well-being of the patient (the future mother) and her partner (the future father) are also important to you. Thank you, Doctor, for your patience with my countless questions. Thank you for allowing us to stay in touch, which made us feel cared for at all times. Thank you for being a wonderful doctor, in addition to being a wonderful person. Thank you on behalf of my wife, daughter, and myself. And I wish everyone reading this review good health, but if they have any problems, I hope they meet a doctor like Elżbieta Filipczak.

  I definitely don't recommend it. The receptionists' approach to a pregnant woman is completely frivolous and irresponsible.
