I would like to wholeheartedly thank Dr. Jacek Szpringer for the exceptional approach, professionalism, and empathy with which I was treated during my visit. I happened upon his office by chance, just passing through on vacation, in a place far from my home—yet he devoted so much time and attention to me as if I were his permanent patient. Dr. Szpringer listened carefully, asked all the necessary questions, and patiently explained every aspect of my health. I felt cared for throughout, treated with immense respect and care. It's an incredible feeling when a doctor makes you feel safe and genuinely interested. Thank you for your understanding, commitment, kindness, and faith in future generations. I don't know where these positive reviews about the doctor came from. When my wife came to get a referral for tests and immunoglobulin, he instantly transformed from a pleasant doctor into a cold and grumpy one. In a pretentious tone, he stated that women are now moving away from immunoglobulin, that it's no longer used, and if she wants it, she should buy it herself. This was a visit to a clinic covered by the National Health Fund. It's strange because when we visited the aforementioned doctor privately, he was a completely different person. Interesting. Furthermore, you have to ask about everything, there's a lack of interest, and communication is difficult.
